We offer flexible scheduling, from a few hours per week (minimum 21 hours) to 24-hour or overnight awake shifts. Services can be personalized. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and 1 week’s notice to end services completely.
Do you provide specialized care for specific conditions (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Dementia)?

Yes. Our caregivers receive specialized training for dementia, Alzheimer’s, and post-hospital recovery (e.g., knee or hip surgery, stroke recovery).
How do you screen and hire your caregivers?

We conduct thorough background checks (including criminal checks), drug screenings, and reference checks. Most caregivers have 8+ years of experience, and many are BC Registered Caregivers.

Yes. Our caregivers undergo ongoing training in personal care, infection control, and handling difficult situations.
Will I have the same caregiver consistently?

We consider each client’s needs, preferences, and personality to match them with a compatible caregiver.
Will you develop a personalized care plan?
chevron_right
Yes. We conduct a thorough assessment and create a written care plan tailored to the client’s needs. This plan is flexible and reviewed weekly.
How will I stay informed about my loved one’s care?
chevron_right
We use an online portal where caregivers log daily services, activities, and any changes, so family members stay up to date.
